Garlic Sauce Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - About one and a half cups of regular milk or half-and-half
02 - Two to three tablespoons of plain all-purpose flour
03 - Four cloves of garlic, finely chopped
04 - A couple spoonfuls of olive oil

→ Flavor Boosters

05 - 1/4 teaspoon of dried oregano
06 - A tiny sprinkle (roughly 1/4 teaspoon) of black pepper
07 - A quarter teaspoon of salt

# Instructions:

01 - Drizzle the olive oil into your skillet and warm it on medium-high heat.
02 - Add the garlic to the pan and stir for about 3 minutes, just until it smells amazing.
03 - Start by whisking two tablespoons of flour into the mixture, then toss in the pepper, salt, and oregano.
04 - Quickly pour in all the half-and-half and whisk like crazy. Let it bubble and thicken for around 3 minutes while stirring constantly.

# Notes:

01 - Want it thicker? Stir some additional flour into milk until it's smooth, then mix it into the simmering sauce.
02 - This creamy sauce works great on pasta, pizza, or even other goodies.
