Mint Chip Ice Cream (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Whole milk, 1 cup
02 - Heavy cream, 3/4 cup
03 - Granulated sugar, 1/3 cup
04 - Cream cheese, softened, 1 tablespoon

05 - Green food coloring (if desired)
06 - Vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon
07 - Mini chocolate chips for mixing in, 1/4 cup
08 - Mint extract, 1 teaspoon

# Instructions:

01 - Place cream cheese in a large bowl that’s microwave-safe. Heat for 10 seconds, then mix in sugar and mint extract until it’s got a frosting-like texture. It should take around a minute of whisking.
02 - Slowly stir in milk, cream, and food coloring (if using). Mix everything together until the sugar is completely gone and it looks smooth.
03 - Pour the blend into a Ninja CREAMi™ Pint. Close it up with the lid and let it freeze for a full day—24 hours.
04 - Once frozen, take off the lid and set the pint into the outer bowl. Lock the Creamerizer™ Paddle onto the lid, attach it all to the motor base, and hit the ICE CREAM button.
05 - Dig a hole about 1½ inches across into the middle of your ice cream. Pour the chocolate chips into the opening, then press the MIX-IN program to combine.
06 - Scoop out the ice cream and serve it straight away with any extras you’d like on top.
