# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon of finely diced medium-spicy chili pepper (like jalapeño or Fresno)
02 - 2 tablespoons of cilantro leaves, chopped into tiny bits

→ Seasonings & Aromatics

03 - 1 garlic clove, left whole
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
05 - 1/4 teaspoon of freshly cracked black pepper
06 - 2 tablespoons of honey for a hint of sweetness
07 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt

→ Oil

08 - 1/3 cup of high-quality extra virgin olive oil

→ Fruit & Juices

09 - Juice from 2 limes (about 1/4 cup)
10 - 1/4 cup of orange juice, freshly squeezed
11 - 1 large mango, peeled, de-seeded, and cut into large chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the mango chunks, lime juice, orange juice, garlic, honey, cumin, and salt into your blender. Blend on medium until it’s totally smooth. Move the mixture to a jar once done.
02 - Pour the olive oil into the jar super slowly. Keep whisking with a fork or a small whisk while pouring so it combines nicely.
03 - Stir in the chili pepper, freshly chopped cilantro, and black pepper at the end. Taste it to see if you need a bit more salt, and adjust if needed.
04 - Store this mix in the fridge, where it’ll stay good for up to 7 days. Shake well each time before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes amazing drizzled over salads or served with grilled chicken, shrimp, or salmon.
02 - It keeps fresh in the refrigerator for about a week.
03 - Always shake the jar before pouring it out.
