# Composition:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups rolled oats
02 - 1 cup dark chocolate chunks
03 - 1/4 cup raisins or chopped nuts
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 3 ripe bananas, mashed until smooth
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
07 - 1/4 cup almond milk
08 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Set oven to 177°C (350°F) to preheat.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and unsweetened applesauce. Stir thoroughly until the mixture is uniform.
03 - Add vanilla extract and ground cinnamon to the bowl, ensuring even distribution.
04 - Add rolled oats to the banana mixture. Mix until oats are fully coated and the batter is cohesive.
05 - Pour in the almond milk to moisten the mixture. Fold in raisins or nuts and dark chocolate chunks, mixing until evenly distributed.
06 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease to prevent sticking.
07 - Spoon portions of dough onto the prepared sheet, flattening gently with the back of a spoon or your hand.
08 - Place baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 15–20 minutes until cookies are firm and lightly golden.
09 - Remove cookies from oven. Allow to cool on baking sheet for several minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
10 - Once fully cooled, serve as a wholesome treat.
