Greek Yogurt Ranch Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup creamy full-fat Greek yogurt (aim for 5%)
02 - Juice from half a lemon or about 2 tbsp of vinegar
03 - A half teaspoon of garlic powder (fresh if possible)
04 - 1/2 tsp of dried onion powder
05 - A smidge—up to 1/2 tsp—of dried dill weed
06 - Sea salt as needed, to taste
07 - 1 to 3 tbsp ice-cold water, adjust to get desired thickness

# Instructions:

01 - Combine everything in a sturdy jar or container that has a secure lid.
02 - Cover tightly and give it a serious shake until the mix is silky and consistent.

# Notes:

01 - Swap water with milk or buttermilk for richer results.
02 - Skip adding liquid for a thicker dip-like texture.
03 - Garlic flavor will intensify if left to rest.
04 - Use twice the amount of fresh herbs compared to dried ones.
