Gravy Sausage Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Gravy

01 - 1/4 cup plain flour
02 - 16 ounces of sausage for breakfast
03 - 2 cups of milk
04 - Black pepper, as much as you like

→ Pizza Base

05 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil (optional)
06 - 12-inch pre-made pizza dough

→ Toppings

07 - 1/4 cup of milk
08 - 1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese
09 - 6 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Brown the sausage, drain grease. Sprinkle flour and mix. Bit by bit, add milk and stir until it thickens.
02 - Set oven to 400°F. Dab oil on the crust, then cover it with half of the gravy mixture.
03 - Whisk eggs and milk together. Scramble them gently until they’re barely set.
04 - Spread eggs on top of the gravy layer, then sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over everything.
05 - Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges of the crust turn golden and the cheese is bubbly.
