Gravy Sausage Pizza (Version imprimable)
Fluffy biscuit chunks layered on a crust, topped with creamy sausage gravy and melted cheese.

1/4 cup plain flour

16 ounces of sausage for breakfast

2 cups of milk

Black pepper, as much as you like

12-inch pre-made pizza dough

1 cup of grated Cheddar cheese

Brown the sausage, drain grease. Sprinkle flour and mix. Bit by bit, add milk and stir until it thickens.

Set oven to 400°F. Dab oil on the crust, then cover it with half of the gravy mixture.

Whisk eggs and milk together. Scramble them gently until they’re barely set.

Spread eggs on top of the gravy layer, then sprinkle the Cheddar cheese over everything.

Bake for 10-15 minutes until the edges of the crust turn golden and the cheese is bubbly.
