Holiday Cookie Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 small boxes (6.25 oz each) of sugar cookie mix.
02 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring.
03 - 2 cans (14 oz each) of condensed milk, sweetened.
04 - 5 cups (850g) of white chocolate bits or chips.
05 - 1/4 cup (57g) of plain butter, unsalted.
06 - 2 tablespoons festive sprinkles for decoration.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper to stop sticking.
02 - In a medium pan, slowly warm up the sweetened condensed milk over low heat.
03 - Mix the sugar cookie powder into the warmed milk until it’s blended.
04 - Toss in the white chocolate bits, butter, and vanilla. Stir till creamy and lump-free.
05 - Pour into your pan, scatter sprinkles on top, and let it cool for 4 hours. Refrigerate if you’re short on time.
06 - Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve when it’s room temp.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the freezer for up to 3 months.
02 - Avoid evaporated milk—condensed milk is key.
03 - Tastes best when not chilled.
