Citrus Immune Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 2 whole oranges, peeled
02 - 1 whole lemon, peeled

→ Roots & Veggies

03 - 2 carrots (or ¼ cup carrot juice)
04 - 3-inch chunk of ginger, peeled and diced
05 - 2-inch turmeric root, peeled and diced

→ Natural Sweeteners

06 - 1 Tbsp honey (or agave for plant-based swaps)
07 - 1 Tbsp of warm water

# Instructions:

01 - Chop ginger and turmeric into small pieces, dice the carrots, and prepare the citrus by peeling them.
02 - Extract the liquid from everything by using your choice of juicer, blender, or hand-squeezing.
03 - Blend the honey into the warm water, then mix it into the juice until it's fully mixed in.
04 - Strain to remove any chunks if needed, chill in the fridge, and pour out roughly ½ cup servings.

# Notes:

01 - You can juice by hand, blender, or juicer — whichever works best.
02 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 3 days max.
03 - Ground spices (⅛ teaspoon each) can replace fresh ones.
04 - Shake before serving to mix it up again.
