Festive Chocolate Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - All-purpose flour (2 1/4 cups)
02 - Vanilla extract (3/4 teaspoon)
03 - Holiday sprinkles (3/4 cup)
04 - Butter, softened (1 cup)
05 - Cocoa powder (1/3 cup)
06 - White and/or dark candy melts (10 ounces)
07 - Granulated sugar (2/3 cup)
08 - Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
09 - Egg (1)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F, then cover the baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Whip butter with sugar until it's creamy. Next, stir in the egg, vanilla, flour, cocoa, and salt.
03 - Fill the cookie press with dough and squeeze them onto the lined sheets.
04 - Pop the cookies into the oven for 5-7 minutes. Let them sit on the pan for 5 minutes before cooling on a rack.
05 - Coat the cooled cookies in melted candy melts, sprinkle some festive toppings, and let them firm up.
