03 - 1 cup of finely shredded rotisserie chicken
04 - 2 tablespoons of chopped green onions
05 - 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
06 - 1/4 cup diced banana peppers, spicy or sweet

07 - 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or granulated garlic
09 - 1/2 teaspoon tangy Dijon mustard

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to mix mustard, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and cottage cheese. Keep blending until it becomes smooth and creamy.
02 - Toss the smooth dressing with the chicken, celery, onion, green onions, and banana peppers in a mixing bowl. Give it a taste and tweak the seasoning if needed. Serve right away or refrigerate until later.
