Chicken Avocado Wrap (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cooked chicken breasts, cut into slices
02 - 3 cups of shredded yellow cheddar (sharp)
03 - 1 cup sour cream
04 - 1 large sliced tomato
05 - 6 jumbo flour tortillas
06 - 3 cups of finely chopped lettuce
07 - 1 diced avocado

# Instructions:

01 - Add seasoning, cook in olive oil on each side for about 5–7 minutes until it hits 165–170°F inside.
02 - Dice all the veggies, grate the cheese, and cut up the cooked chicken.
03 - Take a tortilla and stack it up with avocados, lettuce, grilled chicken slices, cheese, sour cream, and tomato pieces.
04 - Preheat an empty skillet and brown the wraps on both sides until crispy and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes best right after making when the cheese is still melted.
02 - You can chill for a few hours, but don't store longer.
03 - Won't freeze well.
