Cheesy Chicken Bread Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces of garlic toast

→ Filling

02 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
03 - 1 cup chicken, cooked and torn apart
04 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Spread

05 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
06 - A sprinkle of salt and pepper
07 - 1/4 cup mayo

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the shredded chicken, mayo, and mustard into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until it’s smooth and everything’s combined.
02 - Spread the chicken mix across one side of a garlic toast slice. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top evenly.
03 - Put the second slice of garlic toast on top. Heat a pan on medium, then toast both sides of the sandwich for about 4-5 minutes each until the cheese is gooey and the bread has a perfect crisp.

01 - Both homemade and store-bought garlic toast are fine choices here.
02 - Want more flavor? Toss in some basil or parsley!
03 - Spice lovers can add red pepper flakes or drizzle on some hot sauce.
