Cheeseburger Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 12 small slider buns

→ Seasonings

03 - 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
05 - 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Sauce & Toppings

07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
09 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
11 - 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 1⁄4 cup diced dill pickles

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment. Heat up your oven to 375°F, and set the slider bun bottoms onto the tray.
02 - Stir seasonings into the ground beef. Shape it into 12 pieces, about 2 inches across. Cook each side for 3-4 minutes.
03 - Mix together mustard, mayo, and ketchup in a bowl.
04 - Put some sauce on the bottom buns. Stack cheese, patties, and pickles on top, then cover with the tops of the buns.
05 - Pop the tray in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes, until the cheese gets melty and the buns crisp up.
