Toss the tea bags and spices into boiling water. Lower the heat, and let it gently bubble for 5 minutes to release the flavors.

Take it off the heat, mix in honey and vanilla. Stir until combined. Remove the tea bags and optional vanilla pod.

Allow it to reach room temperature naturally, or speed it up by placing the pot in an ice bath.

Use a milk frother or shake it up in a jar until foamy. Or slightly warm it and whisk until you see bubbles.

Fill a glass partway with ice, pour the cooled tea mix until itβs about two-thirds full, then top off with the frothed milk. Add vanilla extract now if you skipped the bean earlier.
