A cooling chai latte using black tea, warm spices, honey, and milk. Ideal for sunny days.

# Composition:

→ Base for Tea

01 - 2 black tea bags (Darjeeling or Assam)
02 - 2 cups of water

→ Flavorful Spices

04 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
05 - 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder
06 - 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder

→ Extras

07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or 1 whole vanilla bean
08 - 1 cup of plant-based or regular milk
09 - 2 tablespoons of honey
10 - A handful of ice cubes

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Toss the tea bags and spices into boiling water. Lower the heat, and let it gently bubble for 5 minutes to release the flavors.
02 - Take it off the heat, mix in honey and vanilla. Stir until combined. Remove the tea bags and optional vanilla pod.
03 - Allow it to reach room temperature naturally, or speed it up by placing the pot in an ice bath.
04 - Use a milk frother or shake it up in a jar until foamy. Or slightly warm it and whisk until you see bubbles.
05 - Fill a glass partway with ice, pour the cooled tea mix until it’s about two-thirds full, then top off with the frothed milk. Add vanilla extract now if you skipped the bean earlier.
