Set your oven to 350°F to warm up. Cover a baking sheet with parchment and scatter the crackers evenly across it.

Start by melting butter in a saucepan. Mix in the brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Stir well until the sugar dissolves. Let it boil for a few minutes until it starts thickening.

Drizzle the warm caramel mix over the crackers, trying to coat them all. Add a sprinkle of salt to finish.

Put the tray in the oven and bake for about 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn.
