Soy Butter Zucchini (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies

01 - 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
02 - 1 big onion
03 - 2 zucchinis, medium-sized

→ Flavorings & Add-Ons

04 - 1 tablespoon butter
05 - A sprinkle of sesame seeds for topping (optional)
06 - Salt and pepper as needed
07 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
08 - 2 tablespoons of canola or sesame oil

# Instructions:

01 - Chop onion into thin crescent slices. Slice zucchinis into sticks about ½ inch thick and 2-3 inches long.
02 - Warm oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Toss in onion and cook until it softens, about 2-3 minutes. Add zucchini next.
03 - Stir in garlic along with soy sauce. Let the mixture cook for about 5-7 minutes until the veggies are firm but cooked. Mix in butter until it’s fully melted.
04 - Sprinkle salt, pepper, and sesame seeds if you’re using them. Serve while still warm.

01 - Tastes best right away while the veggies are still a bit crisp.
