Crispy Zucchini Fries Air (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core Ingredients

01 - 3 zucchini, medium size

→ Crust

02 - 1 cup panko crumbs or Italian breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1/3 cup parmesan, finely grated
05 - 2 large eggs

→ Spices

06 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
07 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Extras

09 - 2 sprays of cooking oil

# Instructions:

01 - Grab three separate bowls. Mix your flour and seasonings in one. In another, whisk the eggs until smooth. For the last one, combine the breadcrumbs with the parmesan.
02 - Cut the zucchini into long, thin sticks about 3 inches. First dip the sticks into the flour mixture, then coat with egg, and finish by rolling them in the breadcrumb mix.
03 - Spritz the fryer basket lightly with oil. Arrange the zucchini strips in one layer, spray them with oil again, and cook at 400°F for 9 minutes or until crispy and golden.
