Turn your oven on to 375°F (190°C) and grease the dish you'll use.

Press each biscuit down just a bit. Add a spoonful of apple filling to the middle, then pull the sides up and pinch to seal.

Stir melted butter, vanilla, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl. Roll the biscuits in the mixture, then set them in the greased dish.
