# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 1 cup buttermilk, room temp
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
06 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 2 tablespoons red food coloring
08 - 1 cup vegetable oil
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
10 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
12 - 2 large eggs, room temp

→ Cheesecake Layer

13 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, blended
14 - 1 cup powdered sugar
15 - 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
16 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
17 - 16 oz cream cheese, softened

→ Decorative Toppings

18 - Whipped cream
19 - Fresh strawberries, cut in half

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Prep a 9-inch springform pan with grease and lining.
02 - Sift cocoa, baking soda, flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder together.
03 - Blend food coloring, buttermilk, eggs, vinegar, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Mix gently with the dry ingredients.
04 - Transfer batter to the pan and bake for about 25-30 mins. Let cool fully before moving forward.
05 - Beat cream cheese until smooth, then slowly mix in powdered sugar and vanilla. Add blended strawberries, then carefully fold in the whipped cream.
06 - Spread cheesecake filling on the cooled cake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set. Add whipped cream and strawberries on top before serving.
