Vanilla Glazed Heart Donuts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 3 medium eggs
02 - 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
03 - 1/3 cup butter, melted
04 - 1 1/4 cups milk
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 tablespoon of baking powder
07 - 1 cup granulated sugar
08 - 3 cups of all-purpose flour

→ Icing

09 - 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
10 - 1/4 cup milk
11 - 2 cups powdered sugar

→ Decorating

12 - Sprinkles of your choice
13 - Pink or red food gel

# Instructions:

01 - Grease your donut tray first. Set your oven to 400°F and preheat it.
02 - First, combine the dry stuff. Separately, mix the wet stuff together. Once both are ready, mix them well until there aren’t lumps left.
03 - Use a bag to pipe the batter into the greased tray. Bake for about 10 minutes until they’re cooked through.
04 - Stir the icing ingredients together. Dip each cooled donut into the icing. Add tiny amounts of food gel to the icing for pink tones. Throw sprinkles on while the icing’s still wet.

02 - Ice donuts in light pink shades before adding more food gel for a deeper color.
