# Ingredients:

01 - 3 pounds turkey breast (about 2.75-3 lbs).
02 - 4 oz softened cream cheese.
03 - Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp.
04 - Bacon bits - 1/3 cup.
05 - Spinach, finely chopped - 1/3 cup.
06 - Salt - half a teaspoon.
07 - Black pepper - half a teaspoon.
08 - Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp chopped.
09 - Thyme leaves, chopped - 1 tsp.
10 - Rosemary, minced - 1 tsp.
11 - Melted butter - 2 tbsp.
12 - Garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
13 - Paprika, smoked - 1/2 tsp.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F, then thin turkey to about 1/4-inch thickness using a mallet.
02 - Combine the spinach, bacon, cream cheese, garlic, pepper, salt, and herbs in a bowl and stir well.
03 - Lay the filling across the turkey evenly, roll it up tightly, and stick toothpicks to hold it together.
04 - Coat the rolled turkey with the spices.
05 - Bake it for 15-25 minutes, ensuring the center reaches 160°F, and broil briefly for 5 minutes to crisp up the outside.
06 - Let the rolled turkey sit for 5-10 minutes, brush with melted butter and herbs, then cut into slices and enjoy.
