Three Cheese Twist Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base for Dough

01 - 2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
02 - 3 eggs
03 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 3 1/2 - 4 cups flour
06 - 3/4 cup heated milk, slightly warm

→ Cheesy Filling

07 - 1/3 cup fresh-cut herbs (like sage, basil, oregano, and thyme)
08 - 1 cup cubed or shredded mozzarella
09 - 2 cups cheddar, shredded
10 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
11 - 1/4 cup parmesan, freshly grated

# Instructions:

01 - Stir milk, yeast, and honey together and wait a few minutes for bubbles to show. Drop in eggs, mix with 3 1/2 cups of flour and salt. Blend until smooth using a dough hook, tossing in a bit more flour if the dough sticks too much.
02 - Cover it up and leave on your counter for an hour so it can double in size.
03 - Toss all the cheeses, garlic, and herbs together in a bowl until evenly combined.
04 - Turn dough into a rectangle, roughly 12x18 inches. Spread the cheesy mix all over evenly, roll it into a log, then slice it lengthwise. Twist the halves, form a spiral, pop it onto parchment-lined baking paper.
05 - Cover and let the twisted loaf sit for 15 minutes, then bake in the oven at 350°F until the outside is golden, about 30-35 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes amazing warm with the cheese still gooey.
02 - Swap dried herbs for fresh, but use half as much.
