Stir milk, yeast, and honey together and wait a few minutes for bubbles to show. Drop in eggs, mix with 3 1/2 cups of flour and salt. Blend until smooth using a dough hook, tossing in a bit more flour if the dough sticks too much.

Toss all the cheeses, garlic, and herbs together in a bowl until evenly combined.

Turn dough into a rectangle, roughly 12x18 inches. Spread the cheesy mix all over evenly, roll it into a log, then slice it lengthwise. Twist the halves, form a spiral, pop it onto parchment-lined baking paper.

Cover and let the twisted loaf sit for 15 minutes, then bake in the oven at 350°F until the outside is golden, about 30-35 minutes.
