05 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
06 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
07 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

→ Garnish

08 - 1 red chili, finely sliced
09 - 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Rinse white fish fillets under cold running water and pat thoroughly dry with paper towels.
02 - Combine lime juice and zest, minced garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, granulated sugar, and fresh grated ginger in a small bowl. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
03 - Arrange fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over, ensuring an even coating. Let stand at room temperature for 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Transfer the marinated fillets and all marinade to a steaming dish. Distribute sliced red chili and half of the chopped cilantro evenly over the fish.
05 - Place the steaming dish into a preheated steamer. Steam for 10 to 12 minutes or until the fish turns opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
06 - Remove the dish from the steamer and top with the remaining chopped cilantro just before serving.

# Détails supplémentaires:

01 - For optimal flavor, do not marinate the fillets for more than 20 minutes to prevent the fish from curing in the citrus.
