Preheat the oven to 190°C. Coat chicken breasts with olive oil and season both sides evenly with salt and black pepper.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken breasts on both sides until golden, approximately 5 minutes per side.

Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until aromatic. Pour in chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the pan, and combine thoroughly.

Reduce heat to medium. Stir in sour cream until the sauce becomes smooth and uniform. Simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Arrange the browned chicken in a baking dish. Spoon the prepared sauce evenly over the chicken. Top each breast with shredded Jack cheese. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbling.

Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with chopped green onions and paprika. Serve hot.
