Sweet Spicy Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken—use thighs or breasts

→ Sauce

02 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
03 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
04 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1/4 cup honey
07 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
08 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed into 2 tablespoons of water
09 - 2-3 tablespoons spicy Sriracha

→ Garnish

10 - Green onions, chopped
11 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Sprinkle salt and pepper over the dry chicken pieces.
02 - Stir honey, soy, Sriracha, vinegar, sesame oil, and garlic together.
03 - Sear the chicken in vegetable oil for about 4-5 mins per side. Cook until golden and hits 165°F inside.
04 - Let the sauce bubble lightly in the pan. If you want it thicker, stir in the cornstarch mix. Put the chicken back and coat in sauce.
05 - Sprinkle green onions and sesame over everything right before digging in.

01 - You can dial the heat up or down—add more or less Sriracha!
