Get your oven warmed up to 350°F and spray a baking pan (9x13 size) with cooking oil.

Spread out a crescent dough sheet onto the baking pan, letting it come up the sides about an inch.

Start with half the provolone, then add the pepperoni, ham, salami, red peppers, pepperoncini, and finish with the rest of the cheese.

Lay the second crescent dough sheet on top and press the edges together to seal.

Combine the egg, pesto, and parmesan in a small bowl and brush this mix over the top dough layer.

Cover with foil sprayed lightly with cooking oil and bake for 30 minutes. Take off the foil and bake another 15-20 minutes, or until the surface is golden and crisp.
