Heat oven to 180°C fan setting and line two trays with baking paper.

Roll out the pastry, smooth any folds or bumps, cut heart shapes, and press smaller hearts into the centers.

Blend sugar, flour, and cream cheese until smooth and thick, then load it into a piping bag.

Fill the shaped pastries with the cream mixture, add strawberry slices on top, brush the edges with vegan milk, and dust with a bit of sugar.

Pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, bake until golden brown. Let them cool a bit before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
