Strawberry Cream Pastry (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pastry

01 - 4 tbsp plant-based milk
02 - 1-2 vegan puff pastry sheets (gluten-free)
03 - Sprinkle of caster sugar

→ Filling

04 - 15g sugar (caster)
05 - 15g flour (plain or gluten-free)
06 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
07 - 130g plant-based cream cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 180°C fan setting and line two trays with baking paper.
02 - Roll out the pastry, smooth any folds or bumps, cut heart shapes, and press smaller hearts into the centers.
03 - Blend sugar, flour, and cream cheese until smooth and thick, then load it into a piping bag.
04 - Fill the shaped pastries with the cream mixture, add strawberry slices on top, brush the edges with vegan milk, and dust with a bit of sugar.
05 - Pop them in the oven for 10-15 minutes, bake until golden brown. Let them cool a bit before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.

# Notes:

01 - Keep them in a sealed box in the fridge.
02 - Use within 2 days for best flavor.
03 - Let them warm to room temp before enjoying.
