Blue Spirulina Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Veggies and Fruits

01 - 6 to 8 celery stalks (leafy tops can be added or left out)
02 - 2 small heads of baby romaine or 1 big one of regular romaine
03 - 3 green apples, like Granny Smith, or your favorite tart kind

→ Boosters

04 - 1-2 teaspoons of blue spirulina powder (more makes the color deeper)

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse everything carefully. For narrow chute juicers, chop into smaller bits. Otherwise, leave them whole.
02 - Run all the cleaned veggies and fruits through a juicer. Strain if you prefer a smoother drink, then pour into a big pitcher.
03 - Whisk in the blue spirulina powder or use a milk frother to mix it well.
04 - Serve over a few ice cubes and drink right away.

# Notes:

01 - Lettuce can be swapped for any other type you like.
02 - Don't worry about apple seeds in this small amount, but remove if you'd rather not have them.
03 - Using celery leaves is okay, though they might make the juice darker.
04 - The more spirulina you use, the brighter the blue gets.
