Rinse everything carefully. For narrow chute juicers, chop into smaller bits. Otherwise, leave them whole.

Run all the cleaned veggies and fruits through a juicer. Strain if you prefer a smoother drink, then pour into a big pitcher.

Whisk in the blue spirulina powder or use a milk frother to mix it well.

Serve over a few ice cubes and drink right away.
