10 Minute Spicy Ramen (Version imprimable)

Turn plain noodles into a crave-worthy bowl! Stir in sesame oil, chili flakes, and garlic for bold Asian-inspired flavors. Done in 10 minutes.

# Composition:

→ Noodles

01 - 1 pack of dry ramen noodles (3 oz), without the seasoning packet

→ Sauce & Aromatics

02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic
04 - ½ teaspoon brown sugar (adjust based on preference)
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
06 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
07 - 1 tablespoon chopped green onion for topping
08 - 1 tablespoon finely diced white parts of green onion

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Boil water in a pot. Cook the ramen just until tender, then toss out the seasoning packet.
02 - Pour out the water, but keep a ¼ cup aside before draining the noodles completely.
03 - Blend brown sugar and soy sauce in a small bowl. Place it to the side.
04 - Warm sesame oil in a skillet. Cook the garlic and onion for about a minute, then stir in the chili flakes.
05 - Pour the saved noodle water and sauce mix into the skillet. Add the cooked noodles and gently combine. Sprinkle green onions on top and enjoy while hot.
