Spicy Mango Ginger Ale (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 ripe mangoes, diced and peeled (around 470g)
02 - 24 oz of ginger ale

→ Extras for Flavor

03 - 1 lime, juiced (about 3 tbsp)
04 - 1 green chili, extra for garnish if you like
05 - Optional: 1 tbsp sugar

→ Toppings & Decoration

06 - Mint leaves that are fresh
07 - Grate some fresh ginger
08 - Optional: 2 tsp chile lime seasoning
09 - As much ice as you prefer

# Instructions:

01 - Blend mango chunks, lime juice, chili, ginger ale, sugar (if needed), and ice into a smooth drink
02 - Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass, and press into chile lime mix to coat
03 - Pour your blended drink into the prepped glass, toss in ice cubes if it needs more chill
04 - Sprinkle grated ginger and add mint on top, then enjoy right away

# Notes:

01 - Want it less spicy? Use less chili.
02 - If the mangoes aren’t sweet, toss in a little sugar.
03 - Feel free to tweak ingredients based on what you like.
04 - Best when served fresh!
