# Ingredients:

→ Zesty Sauce

01 - 2 tablespoons diced dill pickles
02 - 1/4 teaspoon powdered onion
03 - 1/2 cup rich mayonnaise
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic seasoning
05 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar for a zingy touch
06 - 1 tablespoon vibrant yellow mustard
07 - 1 teaspoon smoky paprika

→ Filling & Wrap

08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil for the skillet
09 - 4 soft, large flour tortillas
10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce, crisp and fresh
11 - 1 cup freshly grated cheddar cheese, sharp variety
12 - 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
13 - Optional: slices of crispy dill pickles
14 - 1 pound ground beef, lean variety
15 - Generous pinches of sea salt and black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Throw all your sauce ingredients—mayonnaise, pickles, mustard, vinegar, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder—into a bowl. Stir it all until smooth, and let it chill a bit in the fridge to get extra tasty while you prep the rest.
02 - Heat up olive oil in your skillet on medium. Add the chopped onions and let them soften. Crumble in the ground beef, seasoning it with salt and pepper, and keep cooking until it browns nicely. Drain off any fat once done.
03 - Warm your tortillas for a few seconds to make them easier to fold without breaking.
04 - Smear some of the chilled sauce across each tortilla. Layer on the cooked beef, shredded cheese, crisp lettuce, and pickles if you'd like a crunch.
05 - Tuck in the sides of your tortilla, then roll it tightly to keep everything inside. Serve as is, or slice diagonally before digging in!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps are awesome for a speedy dinner or a packed lunch.
02 - You can prep the sauce in advance and refrigerate it for up to 7 days.
03 - Make it your own by throwing in extras like chopped tomatoes or jalapeño peppers for some spice!
