Slow Cooker Chicken Breast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup chicken broth, reduced sodium
02 - 4 chicken breasts, skinless and boneless
03 - 2 tbsp olive oil

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ tsp thyme, dried
05 - ¼ tsp garlic powder
06 - ½ tsp paprika, ground
07 - 1 tsp kosher salt
08 - ¼ tsp black pepper, ground
09 - ½ tsp onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Add the chicken broth to the slow cooker to act as a tasty cooking liquid.
02 - Stir together all the seasonings (garlic powder, paprika, salt, thyme, onion powder, and pepper) in a small bowl.
03 - Pour olive oil on the chicken, then rub the spice blend over it to make sure it's fully covered.
04 - Put the seasoned chicken into the slow cooker. Let it cook for 3-4 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low until it’s completely done and easy to shred.
