Seafood Pasta Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
02 - 3/4 cup mayo
03 - 1/2 cup chopped celery
04 - 1/2 cup diced red onion
05 - 1/2 cup thawed frozen peas
06 - 1 pound medium shell pasta
07 - 14 ounces fake crab pieces
08 - 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
09 - Chives, sliced thin, for topping
10 - Pepper and salt, adjust to preference

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the pasta in salted water until tender but still firm. Drain it, then rinse with cold water.
02 - Stir together the pasta, crab, veggies, mayo, and dill in a big bowl until it all comes together.
03 - Sprinkle on some salt and pepper, adjusting until it tastes just right.
04 - Pop it into the fridge, covered, for at least an hour to cool.
05 - Top with sliced chives, then enjoy it cold.
