Salmon Bang Bang Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salmon

01 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
02 - 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
03 - 2 pounds salmon filet
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - Garlic salt and pepper as needed
06 - 2 teaspoons garlic paste
07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon honey
10 - ¾ cup mayonnaise
11 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
12 - 1 clove garlic, minced or grated
13 - 1 tablespoon Sriracha

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 450°F to warm up
02 - Take off the skin and pat the salmon dry. Slice into chunks about an inch or so wide
03 - Combine mayonnaise, seasonings, and garlic paste in a bowl. Cover the salmon pieces in the mix, and sprinkle them with some garlic salt and pepper
04 - Lay salmon chunks onto a baking sheet, leaving 1-2 inches of space between each piece
05 - Bake the salmon for 10 minutes, then switch to broil for 2-3 minutes until it turns golden
06 - While the fish is cooking, blend all the bang bang sauce ingredients together
07 - Pour sauce over the baked salmon or serve it on the side

# Notes:

01 - Reduce cook time if you want salmon less done
02 - Switch to Greek yogurt or lighter mayo for a healthier option
03 - Sprinkle in cajun spice for a bit more kick
04 - Dial up the heat with more Sriracha or chili flakes if you like it spicy
