Protein Egg White Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 8 large egg whites, fresh
02 - 1/4 cup cottage cheese

→ Veggies & Cheese

03 - 1/2 cup chopped, fresh spinach
04 - 1/4 cup finely diced red bell pepper
05 - Optional: 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Flavor Boosters

06 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, adjust to your liking
08 - Nonstick cooking spray for greasing

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F (175°C), and lightly coat the muffin tin with nonstick spray
02 - Mix the egg whites with cottage cheese and spices in a blender until smooth and bubbly
03 - Pour the blended mixture into muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds of the way
04 - Evenly spread the spinach, diced peppers, and cheese (if using) on top
05 - Pop into the oven for 18-20 minutes until firm and golden on the edges
