Potatoes Sausage Ranch (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can of cheddar cheese soup
02 - 3/4 cup of heavy cream
03 - 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or any kind you like)
04 - A packet of ranch seasoning
05 - 1/2 cup of sour cream
06 - 1 onion, chopped up small
07 - 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
08 - 1 pound of pre-cooked smoked sausage, sliced
09 - 1 standard-sized bag of frozen hash browns (shredded)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a skillet and cook the sausage slices with diced onions and sliced bell peppers. Keep stirring until the sausage gets a nice color and the veggies soften.
02 - Move the sautéed sausage and veggies into a slow cooker. Dump in the frozen hash browns, heavy cream, cheddar soup, sour cream, ranch mix, and shredded cheese. Stir it all up so it's evenly combined.
03 - Turn your slow cooker on. Let it go on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. Stir now and then if you think it needs it.
04 - When it's done, spoon out the creamy potato and sausage mix while it's still warm. Enjoy every bite!
