Pizza Enchiladas Ground Beef (Version imprimable)

Enchiladas filled with ground beef, pepperoni, bacon, and plenty of cheese. Baked with rich pizza sauce.

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 240 ml diced yellow onion
03 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
04 - 85 g pepperoni, chopped
05 - 15 ml chopped garlic
06 - 80 ml pizza sauce
07 - 15 ml Italian seasoning
08 - 240 ml ricotta cheese
09 - 240 ml shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 45 g crumbled bacon
11 - 8 large flour tortillas

12 - 480 ml pizza sauce
13 - 300 g shredded mozzarella cheese
14 - 85 g pepperoni slices
15 - 30 g crumbled bacon

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - Place lean ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook while crumbling the beef until thoroughly browned.
03 - Add diced onion, diced green bell pepper, and chopped pepperoni to the skillet. Stir and cook until vegetables have softened.
04 - Stir chopped garlic into the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat. Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, and crumbled bacon until fully incorporated.
06 - Lay out the flour tortillas and distribute the beef mixture evenly down the centre of each. Roll up tightly.
07 - Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and place the rolled tortillas seam-side down.
08 - Pour pizza sauce over the filled tortillas. Top with shredded mozzarella, pepperoni slices, and crumbled bacon.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are lightly browned.
10 - Serve the pizza enchiladas hot.
