# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 teaspoon sugar
02 - 2 tablespoons oil
03 - 1 cup warm water
04 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
05 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
06 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
08 - Toppings you like (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, peppers, onions, etc.)
09 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the yeast, sugar, and warm water in a big bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes until it gets bubbly.
02 - Pour in the flour, oil, and salt into the yeast mix. Stir until it comes together into dough.
03 - Dust your surface with flour and knead the dough for 10 minutes, until it feels stretchy and smooth.
04 - Put the dough into a greased bowl. Cover it and leave it alone in a warm spot for about 1 hour, or until it swells up twice its size.
05 - Set your oven to 245°C (475°F). If you're using a pizza stone, pop it inside to heat it up.
06 - Once the dough has risen, press it down gently and roll it out to the thickness you like on a floured counter.
07 - Move your rolled dough to a baking sheet or a pizza peel.
08 - Spread the sauce across the dough, toss on the cheese, and pile on your favorite toppings.
09 - Cook it in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust looks golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
10 - Let it sit for a few minutes before cutting it up. Then dig in and enjoy!
