Pizza Burger Fusion (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Patty Mix

01 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
02 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
03 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
04 - 1 pound ground beef (80% lean)
05 - 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes, adjust to taste

→ Pizza Additions

06 - Fresh basil leaves
07 - 4 slices of mozzarella
08 - 1/2 cup sauce for pizza
09 - 16 pieces of pepperoni

→ To Put It All Together

10 - 4 buns for burgers, toasted
11 - Extra toppings (mushrooms, olives, or jalapeños) if you want

# Instructions:

01 - Get your grill or indoor pan to medium heat. Let it heat up so it's hot enough for nice char marks!
02 - In a bowl, combine the beef with the garlic, onion powder, oregano, and red chili flakes. Form four patties, pressing a little dent in the middle of each so they stay flat as they cook.
03 - Pop the patties on the grill and cook about 5-7 minutes per side, checking until they're the doneness you like (160°F for medium). Add mozzarella slices near the end, close the lid to melt the cheese perfectly.
04 - When the cheese is oozy and melted, take the patties off the grill. Add a few slices of pepperoni and spoon some pizza sauce over the top. Toast the buns at the same time until they're crisp and golden.
05 - Stack your masterpiece! Start with a toasted bottom bun, place the cheesy patty on, and dress it with basil leaves or extra toppings. Top off with the upper bun, then enjoy right away!
