Delightful Pink Chex (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 5 cups of Chex cereal (you'll separate it later)
02 - 10 oz white chocolate for melting
03 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar (use white or get creative with colored ones!)
04 - 1 cup of mini pretzels (Snyder's gluten-free ones work great!)

→ Toppings

05 - Optional: Throw in sprinkles of any kind
06 - Mix in 6 oz of Valentine's-themed M&Ms

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big baking sheet and cover it with parchment paper. Put powdered sugar in a resealable gallon bag, then pour the cereal into a large bowl.
02 - Use a microwave to heat the white chocolate in bursts of 30 seconds, stirring each time until smooth. A double boiler works too if that's your thing.
03 - Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and stir until it's all coated nicely. Transfer half of it to the powdered sugar bag, zip it up, and shake until covered.
04 - Toss pretzels into the cereal still in the bowl. Spread this out on the parchment-lined sheet, scatter M&Ms and sprinkles on top, and finish by sprinkling the powdered sugar-coated cereal over everything.
05 - Leave it to cool for 20 minutes or so. When it's ready, break the big chunks apart before serving.

# Notes:

01 - White chocolate melts super well, but if you're using chocolate chips, stir in a teaspoon of coconut or vegetable oil to help.
02 - Switching things up with colored powdered sugar makes it festive and fun!
