12 - 10 g garlic powder
13 - 120 ml water
14 - 100 g shredded mozzarella or provolone cheese
15 - 4 hamburger buns

# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add green, red, and orange bell peppers along with the onion. Sauté until the vegetables are soft and fragrant, about 5–6 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
02 - Add ground beef to the same pan and cook over medium-high heat, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook until well browned. Remove and discard excess fat if necessary.
03 - Return sautéed peppers and onions to the pan with the browned beef. Mix in cream cheese, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, water, and additional salt and pepper. Stir continuously and simmer over medium heat until the mixture thickens and bubbles, about 5 minutes.
04 - Turn off the heat. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the meat mixture and stir until fully melted and uniformly blended. Adjust seasoning to taste.
05 - Spoon the hot cheesesteak filling onto toasted hamburger buns. Top with extra shredded cheese if desired and serve immediately.
