# Étapes de réalisation:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons olive oil. Add minced garlic and diced red onion, sautéing for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
02 - Add diced red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, and a pinch of salt. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until vegetables begin to soften.
03 - Transfer sautéed vegetables to a large bowl and set aside.
04 - Return the skillet to medium heat and add the remaining olive oil. Add ground beef, dried oregano, ground coriander, ground cinnamon, ground cumin, ground allspice, ground clove, crushed red pepper, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Sauté for 7–9 minutes, breaking up the beef as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
05 - Return cooked vegetables to the skillet along with tomato sauce, fire-roasted diced tomatoes, and drained chickpeas. Stir to combine and simmer for 2–3 minutes to meld the flavors.
06 - Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions, parsley, and crumbled feta cheese. Serve warm, optionally accompanied by basmati or jasmine rice.
