                Throw the frozen mango into a food processor and pulse until they're all broken up.

                Pour in the syrup, lime juice, and sprinkle of salt. Scrape down the sides as needed.

                Run the processor for at least a minute, stopping to scrape the bowl if needed, until smooth and silky.

                Dig in right away or pop it in a sealed container in the freezer. If it’s frozen, leave it out 10-15 minutes to soften a bit first.
