Mango Lime Sorbet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Items

01 - 4 cups of frozen mango chunks
02 - 1/4 cup of maple syrup or simple syrup

→ Extras

03 - 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
04 - A small pinch of kosher salt
05 - Some fresh mint leaves for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Throw the frozen mango into a food processor and pulse until they're all broken up.
02 - Pour in the syrup, lime juice, and sprinkle of salt. Scrape down the sides as needed.
03 - Run the processor for at least a minute, stopping to scrape the bowl if needed, until smooth and silky.
04 - Dig in right away or pop it in a sealed container in the freezer. If it’s frozen, leave it out 10-15 minutes to soften a bit first.
