Stir together everything for the marinade in a mixing bowl until it’s blended.

Cut chicken breasts lengthwise and into smaller chunks. Toss the pieces in a big bowl with olive oil, a spoonful of the marinade, and your spices.

Warm olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 10-12 minutes, flipping midway. Drizzle marinade over the chicken during the last few minutes.

Move cooked chicken to a plate and pour the rest of the marinade on top.
