Lemon Garlic Creamy Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein Essentials

01 - 4 center-cut salmon fillets, fresh and ready to cook

→ Creamy Sauce Ingredients

02 - Juice from 2 large lemons, roughly 1/3 cup
03 - 1 cup heavy cream, should not be cold
04 - 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
05 - 4 garlic cloves, minced finely

→ Flavor Toppers & Decoration

06 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil
07 - Freshly ground black pepper and sea salt for taste
08 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
09 - Thin lemon slices for a fresh touch

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to preheat it to 375°F (190°C). Coat your baking tray with a bit of olive oil so the fish won't stick.
02 - Lay the salmon into the oiled baking dish. Sprinkle them generously with salt and pepper to make the flavors pop.
03 - Pour olive oil into a small pan and warm it over medium heat. Toss in the minced garlic and stir, letting the aroma fill the air in about a minute.
04 - Into the pan, add butter, heavy cream, and lemon juice. Stir it occasionally as it heats up and thickens into a smooth, rich sauce.
05 - Drizzle the creamy sauce all over the salmon fillets, ensuring that every piece is evenly covered with the mixture.
06 - Pop the dish into the oven and let the salmon cook for 15 to 20 minutes. It should easily flake with a fork while staying juicy.
07 - Top the dish with fresh parsley and place lemon slices around to brighten it up. Make sure to serve it warm so the sauce stays velvety.

# Notes:

01 - Try pairing this meal with roasted veggies or steamed asparagus for a complete plate.
02 - Leave your salmon out for a bit before cooking to get it closer to room temperature.
