Korean BBQ Meatballs Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meatballs

01 - 1 pound of ground beef
02 - 1 egg
03 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
04 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
05 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
12 - A pinch of black pepper

→ Zesty Cream Sauce

13 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
14 - 1 tablespoon sriracha
15 - 1/4 teaspoon sesame oil
16 - 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
17 - 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce

# Instructions:

01 - Toss all the 'Meatballs' ingredients into a big bowl and stir until it's all evenly combined.
02 - Shape the mixture into small, round meatballs using your hands.
03 - Heat oil in a large pan over medium temperature. Cook the meatballs, rotating so all sides get a nice golden crust.
04 - Use a small bowl to stir together the sauce ingredients until completely blended.
05 - Pair the warm meatballs with the creamy spicy sauce and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Swap out the beef for your favorite ground protein option.
02 - Add more sriracha for an extra spicy kick, or less to make it milder.
