Korean Fried Chicken Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 teaspoon each of onion and garlic powders
02 - 3 tablespoons of cornstarch or potato starch
03 - 1 and a half pounds of chicken wings

→ Sauce

04 - A tablespoon of water
05 - Four tablespoons of soy sauce
06 - Four tablespoons of brown sugar
07 - A half tablespoon of garlic powder
08 - 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
09 - Three-quarters tsp of cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Use paper towels to dry the chicken wings completely.
02 - Combine onion powder, garlic powder, and cornstarch in a bowl. Coat the wings thoroughly.
03 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and cook wings in a single layer for 20 minutes. Be sure to flip them halfway through.
04 - As the wings are finishing, stir the sauce ingredients together in a pan on medium. Let it bubble, stirring often.
05 - Pull the pan off the heat, toss the crispy wings in the sauce until covered.

# Notes:

01 - Works as a main dish for 2 or an appetizer for 3-4 folks.
02 - Feel free to make a double or triple batch.
03 - Called Soy Garlic Fried Chicken or Dakgangjeong in Korean.
