Kafta Kebabs Middle East (Version imprimable)

Juicy Middle Eastern kafta skewers made with herby minced beef and spiced to perfection. These quick kebabs are packed with flavor and come together in just 30 minutes.

# Composition:

→ Veggies & Meat

01 - 600 grams of lean beef, ground
02 - 1 medium yellow onion, cut into quarters
03 - 1 cup fresh parsley, cleaned and dried

→ Spices

04 - 1 tsp of salt
05 - 1/4 tsp of black pepper
06 - 1/4 tsp of seven spice mix
07 - 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper, or more if you prefer spicy

01 - Toss onion and parsley into processor and chop finely
02 - In a big bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion-parsley blend, and all seasonings with your hands
03 - Wrap the meat mix around wooden or metal skewers, keeping it about 1 to 1.5 inches thick
04 - Grill over medium-high heat with a little oil, turning after 4 minutes per side, until done
