Cherry Vanilla Coffee (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cherry Syrup

01 - 1/2 cup water
02 - 1/2 cup sugar or monk fruit
03 - 2 cups cherries, pitted (can be frozen)

→ Latte

04 - 2-3 tablespoons cherry syrup
05 - 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
06 - 1/2 cup cold brew coffee or 2 shots of pre-cooled espresso
07 - 2 tablespoons almond creamer with vanilla

# Instructions:

01 - In a pot over medium heat, combine sweetener, cherries, and water. Stir and press the cherries gently. Let it simmer until everything thickens up and the sugar is completely melted.
02 - Pour the mixture through a strainer to separate the liquid into a container. Toss out the pressed cherries, and let the syrup cool off entirely.
03 - Grab a glass, toss in some ice cubes, and pour in however much cherry syrup you like.
04 - If you’re frothing, mix the almond milk and creamer together until foamy, then pour it in. Or just add them straight into the glass.
05 - Pour in the cold brew coffee or chilled espresso. Stir it up until you see a nice pinkish blend.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in fresh espresso for a warm version instead of cold brew.
02 - Frothing the milk isn’t required but makes it feel fancier.
