In a pot over medium heat, combine sweetener, cherries, and water. Stir and press the cherries gently. Let it simmer until everything thickens up and the sugar is completely melted.

Pour the mixture through a strainer to separate the liquid into a container. Toss out the pressed cherries, and let the syrup cool off entirely.

Grab a glass, toss in some ice cubes, and pour in however much cherry syrup you like.

If you’re frothing, mix the almond milk and creamer together until foamy, then pour it in. Or just add them straight into the glass.

Pour in the cold brew coffee or chilled espresso. Stir it up until you see a nice pinkish blend.
