In a little bowl, stir together paprika, chili powder, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.

Grab a separate bowl and mix honey, minced garlic, sriracha, and apple cider vinegar.

Carefully take the skin off the salmon. Cut it into cubes about 1 inch each, then toss them with the spices to coat all over.

On medium-high heat, warm the coconut oil in a roomy skillet. Place the salmon in a single layer and let it cook for about a minute.

Turn the salmon pieces over, pour on the honey mixture, and cook for another minute. Gently stir to glaze them and let it cook another minute or so.

Take the skillet off the heat and give it a couple of minutes before serving.
