Honey Garlic Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Protein

01 - A whole pound of salmon fillet

→ Spices

02 - ½ teaspoon kosher salt
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
05 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
06 - ½ teaspoon paprika

→ Sauce Mixture

07 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
08 - ¼ cup honey
09 - 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
10 - A tablespoon of coconut oil
11 - 2 garlic cloves (minced)

# Instructions:

01 - In a little bowl, stir together paprika, chili powder, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder.
02 - Grab a separate bowl and mix honey, minced garlic, sriracha, and apple cider vinegar.
03 - Carefully take the skin off the salmon. Cut it into cubes about 1 inch each, then toss them with the spices to coat all over.
04 - On medium-high heat, warm the coconut oil in a roomy skillet. Place the salmon in a single layer and let it cook for about a minute.
05 - Turn the salmon pieces over, pour on the honey mixture, and cook for another minute. Gently stir to glaze them and let it cook another minute or so.
06 - Take the skillet off the heat and give it a couple of minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - If you don’t have one big salmon fillet, smaller pieces can work too.
02 - It’s best enjoyed right away while it’s warm.
03 - A 12-inch cast iron pan works great for this.
